The Official Rugby Association of the British Army came to us when they needed their site redesigned and upgraded. With a busy schedule of matches and lots of supporters, the Army Rugby Union website needed an overhaul and infrastructure upgrade for both the static site and across the eCommerce system selling ARU merchandise. In the back end, development as also needed to make it easier for ARU’s marketing team to upload match reports, news items and add new products to the store.
We began with a thorough review of the two existing websites, delving into the tech and content to get an idea of what structural changes were needed and how the whole system could be improved. With the audit complete, our team recommended a winning combination of WordPress for the static pages and BigCommerce for the online store. Both scalable, flexible and adaptable, the two systems could also be fully integrated for a more streamlined and user friendly experience.
